State to spend $95M on homeless recovery campuses

Colorado will spend another $95 million in an effort to reduce the homeless crisis, this time to create two campuses to help people transition out of homelessness, the Denver Post reports.

One campus will be located in the Denver metro area; the other will be the former Ridge View Campus south of Denver.
