Dual-hotel project opens in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS — A $90 million urban-renewal project has brought a dual-branded hotel development to downtown Colorado Springs.

The Colorado Springs Business Journal reports that a Marriott SpringHill Suites and Element by Westin at 402 S. Tejon St. now accepts reservations.

The eight-floor SpringHill hotel includes 136 suites, while the Element hotel includes 125 rooms.
