FORT COLLINS — Fort Collins entrepreneur Steve Lauer has announced plans to expand his restaurants Simmer and Rally5, and open a new Mexican restaurant called Mas Fuegos.
The Fort Collins Coloradoan reported the expansions are expected to be complete over the summer.
