Miller to chair Economic Development Council of Colorado in 2022
WINDSOR — Stacy Miller, Windsor economic development director, will chair the Economic Development Council of Colorado in 2022.
Established in 1976, the EDCC is a state-wide, non-profit organization that represents the interests of public and private sectors while promoting responsible economic development.
According to a press statement, the EDCC Board is composed of members and officers who represent Colorado communities, state agency and private sector economic development stakeholders, including members from five state regions, five discretionary members, five executive members and five ex-officio members.

“I am honored to be chosen to lead this organization and its exceptional board members and staff,” Miller said in a written statement.
Miller was hired to operate the town of Windsor’s Economic Development Department in 2011. Prior to working for the town of Windsor, she worked for the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corp. and the city of Lakewood Economic Development Department.
“With my career and experience, I will help guide the organizational goals and we will continue to advance and support numerous types of business professionals and communities across the entire state,” Miller said.
