Workforce innovation grants now available

Larimer County has opened applications for grants of up to $150,000 to local organizations to help meet workforce needs. 

According to information provided by the county, “grant funds can be used to help solve workforce challenges by financially supporting innovative pandemic-recovery plans that will help build in-demand skills, or connect workers and learners to quality jobs, or drive employer engagement in employee development in any of the areas detailed on the Workforce Innovation Grant website.

The money comes from a $1.1 million designated for this purpose.

Empowering communities

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

The Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development department will administer the grants in partnership with the Larimer County Workforce Development Board.
