Missouri MLS vet tapped to lead IRES
LOVELAND — Jeff Bosch, a multiple-listing service official in Missouri, has been hired to serve as the new CEO of Information and Real Estate Services LLC, the MLS for Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley.
Bosch will take over effective Jan. 1, 2022, from IRES’ long-time, retiring CEO Lauren Hansen.
“I care passionately about providing unparalleled customer service and enabling subscribers to meet evolving consumer demands in the ever-evolving world of real estate through better access to data, improved data quality and state-of-the-art tools,” Bosch said in a prepared statement. “I am honored to join the IRES team and look forward to collaborating closely with IRES’ talented staff to continue assisting subscribers and shaping the future of real estate in the Centennial State.”

Bosch’s resume, according to an IRES news release, includes roles as CEO of St. Louis-based MLS MARIS and chairman of Missouri MLS Administrators.

Hansen will remain with IRES through January to assist with the transition.
