The Human Bean’s Coffee for a Cure fundraiser will be Friday

Northern Colorado coffee shop chain The Human Bean will host its annual Coffee for a Cure fundraiser on Friday and will donate 100% of daily sales to programs benefiting local cancer patients.

Specifically, proceeds from the event will be donated to the North Colorado Medical Center Breast Cancer Fund and the UCHealth Foundation.

A special pack that includes a mug, drink coupon, sticker and sunglasses will be sold on Friday for $55.

“Thanks to the generous support of our Northern Colorado community, Coffee for a Cure raised more than $54,000 last year,” The Human Bean owner Frank Sherman said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to exceeding this amount in 2021 and making an impact in the lives of local cancer fighters.”

The Human Bean operates 10 locations in Wellington, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Evans and LaSalle.
