Congruex makes 15th acquisition since 2017

BOULDER — Broadband infrastructure builder Congruex LLC has scooped up Illinois-based Matrix Engineering Inc., the 15th such acquisition for Congruex since receiving backing from its private-equity owner Crestview Partners LP in 2017.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Matrix is a provider of fiber engineering, splicing, and other key design and construction solutions.

Congruex was advised by Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP in the acquisition, and Matrix Engineering was advised by Ice Miller LLP.
