Congruex makes 15th acquisition since 2017

BOULDER — Broadband infrastructure builder Congruex LLC has scooped up Illinois-based Matrix Engineering Inc., the 15th such acquisition for Congruex since receiving backing from its private-equity owner Crestview Partners LP in 2017.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Matrix is a provider of fiber engineering, splicing, and other key design and construction solutions.
