Denver metro outpacing nation in June housing supply jump

DENVER — Citing a Zillow survey, the Denver Post is reporting that the Denver metro area’s housing inventory increased 10.3% in June, compared with a 3.1% jump nationwide.

Despite the increasing inventory, supply has not caught up with demand and sales prices across the region continue to climb, the report said.
