Balfour Senior Living planning Harmony Road project
FORT COLLINS — Louisville’s Balfour Senior Living LLC is planning a new 220-unit residential development at 3733 E. Harmony Road, according to a Coloradoan news report.
The company will meet with city planner later this month to present it’s preliminary development plans.
