Denver area restaurant concept Los Chingones opening first NoCo outpost

FORT COLLINS — TAG Restaurant Group LLC, operator of seven restaurant concepts over 11 locations in the Denver metro area, is opening a Los Chingones restaurant in Fort Collins, the first in Northern Colorado.

The new Los Chingones is expected to open in June at 3541 E. Harmony Road, the former home of Famous Toastery, according to a TAG news release.

““The Fort Collins market has been on our radar for some time,” TAG founder Troy Guard said in the release. “Obviously, the city has been growing exponentially — attracting new residents and businesses from all over the country. The accolades the city has racked up speak for themselves. As TRG explored expanding the Los Chingones brand outside of Denver, we felt Fort Collins was a natural fit.”
