Local brokers close Sportsman’s Warehouse sale

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Northern-Colorado-based brokers Steve Kawulok of SVN and Tom Livingston of Livingston Real Estate & Development closed last week on the sale of a Sportsman’s Warehouse at 1450 Renaissance Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico, commercial real estate brokerage SVN announced in a news release.

The 48,211-square-foot building sold for $7.1 million, or about $147 per square foot. Sportsman’s Warehouse has been the tenant of the building since it opened in 2004 and has eight years remaining on its lease.

Kawulok, Livingston and Albuquerque-based Walt Arnold, also of SVN, represented the seller. The buyer, Alpine Income Property Trust, was represented by Albuquerque-based Tom Jenkins of Real Estate Advisors.
