Empowering communities

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

“StickerGiant’s future is bright with Beth at the helm. Beth is a natural fit for this role,” Fischer said in a prepared statement. “Beth’s proven track record and intense focus on strategic direction will ensure StickerGiant continues to expand products and services, while keeping our Giants (employees) and customers at the center of all we do. One of our 12 Laws of Business is ‘success means you get better problems,’ and Beth is just the leader to tackle what lies ahead.”

Since joining StickerGiant as COO in 2017, Smith, who identifies as gender non-binary and uses gender-neutral pronouns, has helped guide the company’s fast growth and led annual sales from $12 million to an expected $32 million for 2021, according to a press release from the company. Smith also led StickerGiant’s pandemic strategy of a hybrid work force and new safety protocols.

“I am so thrilled to lead StickerGiant during this time of sustained growth. Our Giants bring immensely creative, passionate, innovative ideas and care to our business and each other,“ Smith said. “Together, we’ll continue to build upon John’s original vision to collectively create a good company to work for, while staying committed to helping each Giant realize their individual potential.”

Before joining StickerGiant, Smith was director of operations at Intrado and worked at several sales and customer service positions with UPS. Smith is also the founder of Boulder Mindful Living, has served on the board of Out Boulder County and has masters degrees from George Washington University and Naropa University.
