Florida company pays $55M for Glendale office buildings
GLENDALE — A Florida-based investment company has purchased two Glendale office buildings for $54.59 million.
BusinessDen reports that TerraCap Management acquired the Cherry Creek Plaza I and II buildings at 600 and 650 Cherry St. The buildings encompass 337,000 square feet. It was TerraCap’s third acquisition in the Denver market since August.
