Broomfield apartment complex fetches $89.1M in sale
BROOMFIELD — The newly rebranded Cortland Flatirons apartment community in Broomfield was recently bought by Atlanta-based multifamily residential real estate firm Cortland Partners LLC for $89.1 million.
The seller of the community at 13579-13585 Via Varra Road, formerly called Catania Apartments, was Invesco Immobilien Fonds IV U.S. Partners LP. That entity is registered to the Dallas address of investment firm Invesco Ltd, Broomfield property records show.
Invesco bought the 279-unit complex in 2011 for $53.4 million.
