DENVER — State Rep. Jevon Melton (D-Aurora) introduced a bill that would ban businesses from firing workers who use marijuana outside of work hours.
The Denver Post reports the bill specifically protects workers from termination if they use products that are legal within Colorado but remain federally banned.
