Kroenke Sports & Entertainment chief retires

DENVER — Jim Martin has left his position as CEO and president Kroenke Sports & Entertainment LLC president, according to a 9News report. His retirement was effective earlier this week.

Kroenke owns the Nuggets, Avalanche, Rapids and Mammoth sports franchises as well Denver’s Pepsi Center arena and other local venues.

A successor for Martin, who has led Kroenke Sports since 2010, has not been identified, the 9News report said.
