FORT COLLINS — A two-story office building in Fort Collins changed hands last month for $4.95 million.
The building at 3351 Eastbrook Drive, which is east of Fort Collins High School, was sold Nov. 12 by a subsidiary of McWhinney Real Estate Services Inc. to a subsidiary of BH Developers Inc., according to Larimer County property records. The deal was worth approximately $134.37 per square foot.
The property was last valued by county officials at $4.55 million.
