Erie Kum & Go changes hands for $4.5M

ERIE — The Kum & Go gas station and convenience store at 2999 Bonanza Drive in Erie was recently sold for $4.5 million, according to Weld County property records. 

The seller was Urban Family Investments LLC, a company registered to Andrew Berk Urban of Evergreen. 

Greeley businessman and self-storage facility owner Nick Francis, through the holding company Francis Royalties LLC, bought the gas station.

The property, according to marketing brochures, included 5,000 leasable square feet of retail space on 1.69 acres. The gas station was built in 2014.
