Erie Kum & Go changes hands for $4.5M

ERIE — The Kum & Go gas station and convenience store at 2999 Bonanza Drive in Erie was recently sold for $4.5 million, according to Weld County property records. 

The seller was Urban Family Investments LLC, a company registered to Andrew Berk Urban of Evergreen. 

Greeley businessman and self-storage facility owner Nick Francis, through the holding company Francis Royalties LLC, bought the gas station.
