FORT COLLINS — Colorado State University has chosen Saunders Construction Inc. and 4240 Inc. for a joint design-build contract for its planned Meridian Village housing project.
In a press release, Saunders and 4240 said they were awarded a joint design-build project for the $130 million development approved this fall by the CSU Board of Governors.
How a business manages its inventory can have a tremendous impact on the financial health of the company. Managed properly, inventory can be a great source of increased margins, higher revenue, or a combination of the two.
The Meridian Village project, positioned just north of Canvas Stadium, will house 1,100 on-campus students across three buildings once its phase 1 buildout is complete. The phase 2 plans call for space to house an additional 200-500 students, along with a permanent dining hall, mail center and common areas.
Crews began tearing down Aylesworth Hall over the summer to make way for the new housing developments, with Newsom also scheduled for teardown at a later point. The first phase of the project is due for completion in fall 2022, while the second phase is targeted for completion by 2025.
