British firm buys Denver-based Spire Digital

DENVER — Spire Digital, a Denver-based software company, has been acquired by a British firm.

BusinessDen reports that London-based Kin + Carta purchased Spire and will retain its office at 940 Lincoln St. in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Spire founder Mike Gellman will step down as CEO, to be replaced by Adam Hasemeyer as president and CEO.
