Fringe Pizza opening new Boulder location in 2020
BOULDER — Fringe Pizza LLC, a local chain with locations in Gunbarrel and Golden, is opening a third restaurant in Boulder next year.
The location at 2900 Valmont Rd. is adjacent to the Google campus and is expected to open in early 2020.
It will feature a self-pour draft beer system that “allows customers to try a variety of beer and wine before they commit to a full glass because it is charged by the ounce,” Fringe Pizza founder Nate Rajotte said in a prepared statement. “It also creates a good community vibe in the restaurant because everyone is up mingling around the taps.”
