Buyers make condo housing a top commodity in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS — Condominium housing in Fort Collins has been a hot commodity in recent months with projects quickly selling out, and more on the way.

The Coloradoan reported that condo housing will be a part of the new Elevations Credit Union property at 221E. Mountain Ave. in the heart of downtown.
