Dallas developer plans 16-story Denver apartment complex

DENVER — A Dallas-based development company plans to build a 16-story apartment building in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood.

BusinessDen reports that Mill Creek Residential has submitted development plans for Modera Golden Triangle at 1025 Bannock St. The project would include 420 residential units, plus retail space and 538 parking spaces.

The site is currently home to Rocky Mountain Public Media, which is moving to Arapahoe Square.
