Arsenault, Murray to keynote Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference
BOULDER — Two icons of commercial and residential real estate will keynote the Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference, scheduled for Nov. 21 in Boulder.
Marcel Arsenault, founder and CEO of Real Capital Solutions, and Steve Murray, president of Real Trends, will keynote the all-day event, to be held at the Embassy Suites in Boulder.

Murray will discuss some of the latest numbers for housing in the Boulder and Denver markets and will also address how the role of real estate agents and brokerage firms is challenged as never before, even as real estate professionals continue to play a vital role in the dream of homeownership.
The 12th annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 21, at the Embassy Suites in Boulder, 2601 Canyon Blvd. The event will include commercial and residential real estate forecasts, as well as panels on major commercial real estate developments in the Boulder Valley, residential trends and more.
