Arsenault, one of the most active private owners of commercial real estate in the United States, will speak on “What to Expect:  Commercial Real Estate in the Coming Years.” He will describe what metrics he examines in order to predict real estate cycles, to ensure that he’s buying low and selling high.

Murray leads Real Trends, based in Castle Rock, the nation’s leading trends and research organization. Real Trends is read by more than 54,000 leaders in the residential realty industry every week, and more than 500 CEOs attend Real Trends conferences each year.

Murray will discuss some of the latest numbers for housing in the Boulder and Denver markets and will also address how the role of real estate agents and brokerage firms is challenged as never before, even as real estate professionals continue to play a vital role in the dream of homeownership.

The 12th annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 21, at the Embassy Suites in Boulder, 2601 Canyon Blvd. The event will include commercial and residential real estate forecasts, as well as panels on major commercial real estate developments in the Boulder Valley, residential trends and more.
