Home values benefit from grocery store presence

Buying a home near a grocery store, specifically a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods or Aldi store, will result in the best rate of return on that home.

The national news website The Center Square reported on a study by Attom Data Solutions, which showed that home properties between 2014 and 2019 were most affected by the presence of specific grocery stores. In fact, homes near Trader Joe’s increased more than 50 percent during that time period.
