McWhinney raises $3.56M for possible Centerra development
LOVELAND — McWhinney Real Estate Services Inc. raised $3,563,580 in connection with a potential industrial development in Loveland.
According to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, CIndustrial Five Investments LLC raised the funds from nine investors after opening the round on Aug. 21. McWhinney is listed as the manager of the issuer on the filing.
CIndustrial Five Investments owns a 6.54-acre plot in Loveland’s Centerra development, about a quarter mile east of the Safelite Autoglass shop at 3716 Aldrin Drive.
