Larimer County implements short-term rental fee

FORT COLLINS — Starting today, people in unincorporated Larimer County who want to rent their homes on platforms such as Airbnb Inc. will be required to pay a $300 fee.

The Coloradoan reported that there are currently about 400 or 500 properties being used for short-term rentals now that would be subject to the fee.
