DENVER – An Arizona-based hotel developer is planning to build a 12-story hotel in Denver’s Cherry Creek area to open in late 2021.
BusinessDen reports the Sunridge Hotel Group submitted plans to build a 150-room AC Hotels by Marriott at 370 S. Garfield St., and already owns a Marriott property in Wesminster.
