Kelly promoted to CBRE first vice president
FORT COLLINS — CBRE Group Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) has promoted Pete Kelly of Fort Collins to the position of first vice president. He was one of three in Colorado to receive promotions.
Kelly specializes in the leasing and sale of office space, as well as several other property types across Northern Colorado. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kelly has developed an expertise in site selection, landlord representation, pre-development services and land-use entitlement.
Others promoted were Hilary Barnett of the company’s advisory and transaction services office in Denver, and Matt Harbert, also in the Denver office. Both were promoted to vice president positions.
