Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Some of the employees may be rehired by the Pepsi Center’s incoming food service contractor.

Premium Foodservice LP will layoff 56 employees at the Pepsi Center, including servers, cooks and bartenders.

“Employees will have the opportunity to apply for open positions with Legends, the new vendor for food and beverage vendor at the Pepsi Center and/or apply for other positions with Levy at other locations,” according to a document provided to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. “A transfer into another Levy position is expected to result in the expected loss of hours.”
