Longmont’s Utility Sales & Service Inc. acquired

LONGMONT — Utility Sales & Service Inc., a Longmont-based utility infrastructure services provider, was recently acquired by SiteWise LLC, a subsidiary of Arvada-based Peak Utility Services Group.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The addition of USSI allows SiteWise to further expand our service offerings nationwide,” SiteWise president Ben Moe said in a prepared statemnt. “USSI is a recognized leader for electric meter services within its markets and has an outstanding track record of delivering safe and reliable electric metering services to its customers.” 

USSI founder Pat Arias will retire upon completion of the acquisition, according to a SiteWise news release. USSI director of operations Michael Arias “and the existing management team will continue to lead daily operations and provide strategic direction alongside SiteWise,” the release said.
