Boulder County extends drilling moratorium

BOULDER — New oil and gas operations in Boulder County will be delayed until at least March 2020.

The Boulder County Board of Commissioners unanimously extended a moratorium on new drilling permits Tuesday as the county rewrites land use codes that regulate the oil and gas industry, according to a report in the Boulder Camera.
