United Way merger complete, two board members added

DENVER and BOULDER — The merger of Foothills United Way and Mile High United Way was completed July 1, and two members of the former Foothills board have joined the Mile High board.

The two nonprofits announced in May that they would join forces. 

Former Foothills trustees Carlos Pacheco, CEO of Premier Members Credit Union, and Geoffrey Keys, president of Keys Commercial Real Estate, have joined the Mile High United Way Board as of June 28. 

The organization also has added Gina Nocera to the team. Nocera, who previously worked as executive director of the Jared Polis Foundation, will serve as the vice president of community impact for the Boulder and Broomfield communities. Nocera is a Broomfield resident. 

The Boulder/Broomfield office for the United Way has been located at 390 Interlocken Crescent, Suite 350, in Broomfield. The phone number is 303-444-4013.
