iSupportU rebrands as Altitude Integrations

BOULDER — Two years after acquiring Boulder technology firm iSupportU from the company’s founder, owner Ramberg Group LLC has rebranded the IT firm as Altitude Integrations.

Altitude focuses on cloud integration, security solutions and delivering information-technology support to scaling and established organizations.

“Technology is changing at an exponential rate, faster than any time in history. Trying to leverage it and run your business takes a technology partner like us that sees value in exceptional customer service, high-level support, education and forward thinking IT strategies”  Altitude Integrations president Brett Ramberg said in a prepared statement.

Ramberg said the company’s research-and-development investments have provided tools to deliver the additional services. He said the company is developing additional training programs focused on employee information-technology security and Google’s G-Suite platform.

“The goal is to reduce costs, increase productivity and help build a positive culture and customer experience for our clients,” he said. “We’re building a new-aged IT support firm along the way.”

Ramberg acquired iSupportU from founder Shaun Oshman in 2017. Altitude Integrations is based as 3055 47th St. in Boulder.
