Boulder’s Rush Bowls to open first Michigan location
BOULDER — Rush Bowls, a fast-casual restaurant concept founded in Boulder, will soon open its first franchise location in Michigan.
The Detroit restaurant, the first of five coming to Michigan, will be operated by franchisee Blush Enterprises Inc., according to a Rush Bowls news release.
“Detroit’s revitalization is a perfect fit for this brand, and I’m so excited to be part of that energy,” Blush president Beth Lehman said in a prepared statement. “There’s a desire for healthy living and healthy food options, which makes The District Detroit the perfect market to launch Rush Bowls.”
