Windsor Mill to reopen by Labor Day
WINDSOR — The redevelopers of the Windsor Mill on Main Street of Windsor hope to reopen as a restaurant and tavern by Labor Day.
The mill, destroyed by arson fire in 2017, has been undergoing renovation since that time under the ownership of Blue Ocean Enterprises of Fort Collins. When done, the two tenants will be Cacciatore Windsor at Heller’s Kitchen and Windsor Mill Tavern, according to a Coloradoan report.
