UCHealth donates $100,000 to Gardens on Spring Creek
FORT COLLINS — UCHealth has donated $100,000 to The Gardens on Spring Creek in support of its Potager and Herb Gardens.
The Gardens on Spring Creek is Fort Collins’ 18-acre community botanic garden.
“The Gardens on Spring Creek is one of the gems of our community, and we are proud to be a part of it,” Kevin Unger, president and CEO of UCHealth’s Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins and Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, said in a prepared statement.

There is an improvement project underway, which includes a five-acre garden expansion, a renovated Visitor’s Center, and a new Butterfly House. Grand re-opening is scheduled for late 2019.
