Hotel within apartment complex proposed in Denver

DENVER — A Texas company wants to establish a hotel within an apartment complex.

BusinessDen reported that The Guild wants to establish a 41-unit hotel inside AMLI Riverfront Green, a 300-unit, seven-story complex in Riverfront Park.

The apartment complex will begin leasing units in May. When the hotel component would begin operations is uncertain.
