Golden to buy property from MillerCoors for new City Hall

GOLDEN — The city of Golden has struck a deal to purchase a building and land from MillerCoors, with the intent to relocate its City Hall to the site.

BusinessDen reports that Golden will acquire a four-building, 160,000-square-foot office property at 311 10th St. for $12.25 million.

The city will renovate the property to house administrative offices, the Golden Police Department, the Greeley History Museum and other operations. City Hall currently is located at 911 10th St.
