Annual green business event will be April 9

LOUISVILLE — The annual Green Business Breakfast, an event hosted by cities of Lafayette, Louisville and Superior and their chambers of commerce, will be April 9, 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Louisville Recreation Center, 900 W. Via Appia.

Partners for a Clean Environment and Xcel Energy are also sponsors of the free breakfast.

The event is directed at business owners in the three communities with presentations to focus on how to incorporate sustainable practices into businesses cut costs and lessen environmental impact.

WomenGive, a program of United Way of Larimer County, was started in Larimer County in 2006 as an opportunity for women in our community to come together to help other women.
