Urban Land Conservancy to build apartments in RiNo

DENVER — The Urban Land Conservancy along with Medici Consulting Group plans to build a multi-story, income-restricted apartment building at 3773 Walnut St. in the River North district.

A groundbreaking was held last week. The project will be called the Walnut Street Lofts. As reported by BusinessDen,  the apartment building will have 66 units and cost $18.8 million.
