UCHealth launches senior programming in Longmont

LONGMONT — UCHealth will begin providing senior health and activity programming in Longmont through an expansion of the health system’s Aspen Club.

The club, which is free to join and offers classes, social activities and discounts for members, will be housed in UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital at 750 E. Ken Pratt Blvd.

The club’s first event, called Smart Foods for Strong Brains, is set for noon on Feb. 28. Participants will learn about food choices that can improve cognitive vitality.
