BOULDER — TriBuild Inc. is raising $3 million in an equity offering.
The company has raised $355,000 so far, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 14. The date of first sale was Jan. 31. TriBuild did not respond to requests for more information.
TriBuild integrates construction and technology, according to its website. The Boulder-based firm aims to optimize the construction industry by creating technology solutions that increase accuracy, reduce costs, boost productivity and increase profitability.
In October 2018, the company brought on Patrick Bohle to be CEO and Anthony Dubreville to be chairman.
