King Soopers eliminates 24-hour operations

King Soopers has eliminated 24-hour operations at all stores in Colorado, with the change affecting the five remaining stores that had retained round-the-clock hours.

The Denver Post reports that the chain this week changed hours of operations at two stores in Denver and one each in Fort Collins, Glendale and Lakewood. The Fort Collins store is at 1015 S. Taft Hill Road.

The stores will be open from 5 a.m. to midnight, with the changes taking effect Feb. 3.
