Denver International Airport ranks as nation’s fifth-busiest

DENVER — New data released by the Federal Aviation Administration rank Denver International Airport as the fifth-busiest airport in the nation.

The Denver Post reports that DIA’s 2018 traffic ranked behind O’Hare International Airport in Chicago, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

O’Hare took the top spot from Hartsfield-Jackson for the first time since 2014.
