Boulder, Broomfield hotels earn AAA Four Diamonds

BOULDER and BROOMFIELD — The St. Julian Hotel and Spa in Boulder and Broomfield’s Omni Interlocken Hotel and Resort each earned Four Diamonds in AAA’s 2019 Diamond Ratings analysis.

Four Diamonds is the second highest rating offered by the travel organization. Only four Colorado hotels — none of which are located in Boulder Valley or Northern Colorado — earned a Five Diamond rating.

Ratings are based on a host of hospitality experience criteria and are determined by AAA inspectors.

The Omni earned a total rating of 4.0 while the St. Julien tallied a 4.3 score.

At the St. Julien, the AAA inspector noted the hotel’s attractive design and “prime location is just a short walk from the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall.”

The Omni’s golf course and mountain views distinguish it from other Boulder Valley hotels, according to the AAA inspector.

A total of 39 Colorado hotels earned a Four Diamond designation.
