Interlocken office space sold for $15M

BROOMFIELD — A roughly 75,000-square-foot office space in Broomfield’s Interlocken business park sold earlier this month for more than $15.1 million.

The seller in the deal, which closed Jan. 3, was 303 South Technology Court LLC, Broomfield public records show. That company is registered to an address associated with Denver-based real estate investment firm Brue Baukol Capital Partners.

The buyer is listed as 62 303 S Technology Ct LLC, which is registered to a New York address.
