Rio Grande opens temporary Boulder location
BOULDER — Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant has temporarily closed its permanent location in Boulder and is operating out of a temporary spot at 1701 Pearl Street.
While its main location is being renovated, Rio Grande is operating out of a pop-up location at Pearl Street’s East End. The location was formerly Ted’s Montana Grill.
Rio Grande will be open Sunday through Wednesday at 11 a.m., with closing hours varying. It’s open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
