Developers propose 36-story residential tower, office building in Denver

DENVER — A San Antonio, Texas-based development company is proposing to build a 36-story residential tower in the Bell Park site in Lower Downtown Denver.

BusinessDen reports that Kairoi Residential has submitted a concept plan for a block bounded by Speer Boulevard, 14th Street, Larimer Street and Market Street. The concept plan includes the residential tower and a five-story office building. The site encompasses 1.5 acres, with Cherry Creek running through it.

BusinessDen obtained the project concept plan through an open-records request.
